Privacy

Collect only what is needed to respond and teach.

Effective September 1, 2026. This notice explains how PassWyze handles information submitted through the website and tutoring inquiries.

Information you provide

PassWyze may receive contact details, student or parent role, course or exam goals, dates, and information you choose to share in an inquiry. Focused Statics submissions may include a problem image or document and a description of what the student tried.

How information is collected

PassWyze receives information you directly submit through inquiries, forms, and scheduling where offered. Limited technical information may also be processed as necessary by the hosting, security, and service infrastructure that helps operate and deliver the website.

How information is used

Information is used to respond, assess tutoring fit, schedule and deliver tutoring, maintain basic business records, and, when Analytics is enabled, understand which website paths are useful. It is not sold.

Optional website technologies and privacy choices

PassWyze groups website technologies into three categories:

  • Necessary technologies help the website work and remember essential privacy choices. They remain enabled and cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics technologies can help us understand which parts of the website are useful.
  • Advertising technologies can help measure advertising performance.

Analytics and Advertising are optional. They are disabled until you choose to enable them. PassWyze stores your consent preferences in first-party browser local storage so the website can remember your privacy choices; that preference record does not itself track your browsing activity. You can reopen Privacy preferences at any time and change your choices.

Minors and sensitive information

PassWyze is a general-audience tutoring site primarily intended for parents or guardians and students age 13 or older. PassWyze may provide tutoring to younger students, but a parent or guardian should initiate and manage online inquiries on behalf of a child under 13. PassWyze does not intend to knowingly collect personal information online directly from a child under 13 without appropriate parental involvement. If PassWyze learns that personal information was submitted directly by a child under 13 in circumstances requiring parental consent, it will take appropriate steps to address or delete the information.

Do not submit school account credentials, student IDs, government identifiers, medical details, payment card data, or information unrelated to tutoring.

Service providers and measurement

PassWyze may use Tally for inquiry and form submissions, Calendly for scheduling where offered, Cloudflare for hosting, security, and delivery functions, and email or service providers for communications where applicable. Each provider processes information under its own terms.

Google services, such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads, may be used for analytics and advertising measurement when enabled. Meta/Facebook technologies may be used for advertising measurement when enabled. These optional providers should load or receive applicable measurement data only according to your consent choices. They are not currently active on this website.

Security

PassWyze takes reasonable measures appropriate to the information and services involved. No method of Internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention and requests

Inquiry information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for tutoring, business records, safety, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact christian@passwyze.com.
